What is CPGR?

CPGR is the Consortium for Pediatric and wildtype GIST Research. It is composed of clinicians and research scientists who have an interest in GIST. CPGR members attend the Pediatric and wildtype GIST clinics, hosted by the NIH. This allows members to discuss the current state of pediatric and wildtype GIST and identify areas to move the field forward. Most importantly, it allows members the opportunity to become familiar with the medical histories of the patients who attend the clinic.

CPGR meets at the NIH twice yearly. The 2nd Pediatric and wildtype GIST Clinic is scheduled for January 2009.

All clinicians and researchers with an interest in pediatric and wildtype GIST are encouraged to join CPGR. Please contact us  if you would like to join.

Shown below are current members of CPGR, copies of their presentations and publications related to GIST, and their individual web pages.
